Santa Rosa Pool House Renovation

DRF Builders is hard at work on a superb Santa Rosa pool house renovation project. The existing pool house was in great need of a redesign for functionality, and we were happy to help with the project.

Our team eliminated the existing low height ceilings by adding vaulted ceilings and then opened up the entire space by eliminating the existing pool equipment room to gain more usable square footage.  We also eliminated a single entry door in order to add a beautiful four-panel glass wall slider.

To open up the space even further, we added one casement window on the south side to let as much light shine through as possible.

Every pool needs space to house their pool equipment, so we constructed a new equipment room to house the new pool equipment and tankless water heater for a convenient outdoor shower area. This new space will get all new electrical, insulation, drywall, wood batten ceiling, and a gas wall heater for heat.

Once the pool house renovation is completed, the finishing touches will include stylish outdoor lighting and a patio- just in time for summer entertaining.
